1. The Nature of Custom Orders
All Alior Bridal gowns are made to order. Production begins only after your deposit is received and your measurements are validated. Because each gown is produced exclusively for you — using bespoke patterning, selected fabrics, and handcrafted construction — standard consumer return rights for off-the-shelf products do not apply.
2. Your Order File
Upon confirmation of your order, Alior Bridal creates a dedicated Order File which records:
Any changes to your order after the Order Agreement is signed must be requested in writing. Alior Bridal will assess feasibility and any cost impact before confirming acceptance of the change.
3. Deposit Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. It covers the cost of:
The deposit is applied toward your total order value. It is not a holding fee — it initiates production.
4. Cancellation by the Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Alior Bridal contact address. Cancellations are effective from the date the written request is received and acknowledged.
5. Cancellation by Alior Bridal
Alior Bridal reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: unavailability of the selected fabric or material, force majeure events, or failure by the client to provide required information within agreed timelines. In such cases, all amounts paid — including the deposit — will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
6. Changes to the Order

8. Quality Assurance
Alior Bridal conducts internal quality control on every gown before it leaves the atelier. If you identify a quality issue upon receiving your gown, you must notify Alior Bridal in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. Alior Bridal will assess the issue and, where warranted, carry out remedial work at no additional cost.
