2. Orders and Confirmation
All orders are custom-made to your specifications. An order is confirmed only when:
Alior Bridal reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion before an Order Agreement is signed.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted individually based on design complexity, fabric selection, and production requirements. Prices are confirmed in your formal proposal and locked upon signature of the Order Agreement.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your production slot. The deposit amount is specified in your formal proposal and is typically 40%
The deposit is applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before delivery. Alior Bridal will not release the finished gown until full payment is received.

4. Production Timeline
Standard production timelines are communicated in your formal proposal. Typical lead time is 14–20 weeks from the date of confirmed measurements, depending on design complexity. Alior Bridal will notify you if any delay arises during production.
Alior Bridal is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.
5. Measurements and Fit
Your gown is produced based on measurements taken by an authorized Alior measurement partner or atelier team member using the Alior standardized measurement process. It is your responsibility to:
Alior Bridal validates all measurements before production begins. One standard alteration round is included in the price. Additional alterations required due to significant changes in measurements after production has commenced may incur additional charges.
6. Alterations and Fittings
One fitting round is included in the standard order price. Additional fittings or alterations beyond the standard scope will be quoted separately and agreed in writing before any work commences.
Alterations may only be performed by Alior Bridal or an authorized atelier. Unauthorized alterations void any further responsibility Alior Bridal holds for the fit of the garment.
7. Delivery
Delivery options will be discussed during your consultation. Alior Bridal ships internationally via tracked, insured courier. Shipping cost is
Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the destination and will be quoted during the consultation. These costs are not included in the final garment price.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the gown to the shipping carrier. Alior Bridal insures each shipment at the full production value of the garment.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees at the destination are the client’s responsibility.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of all Alior gowns, the following cancellation policy applies:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Alior Bridal contact email.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, sketches, photographs, and creative work produced by Alior Bridal remain the exclusive intellectual property of Alior Bridal. No design may be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Photography and Marketing
Alior Bridal may request permission to photograph your gown for portfolio and marketing purposes. This will always be sought separately and is entirely optional. You are under no obligation to consent.
